The Registrar’s Office, a subsidiary of the Academic Office, secures the academic records which originate from St. John Vianney College Seminary, including the records of off-site students and students in distance education classes. The seminary maintains the confidentiality of educational records of all students on-campus, off-site, or in distance education classes in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974 as amended.

All currently and formerly enrolled students have the right to review their academic records. However, documents submitted by or for students as part of the admission requirements are not available for review by the student, nor may they be released to a third party.
